Description Request for Proposal (RFP) Pursuant to the Arizona Procurement Code, A.R.S. ยง41-2501 et seq., the State of Arizona Department of Transportation (Department), has a requirement to lease a large hangar and multi-use building as well as a fuel farm located within the boundaries of the Grand Canyon National Park Airport. Closes March 7, 2024, 3:00pm MST.
